For nurseries · From seed to sale.

Run your whole nursery from one place, built by nursery people.

Almost Everything... Plants runs your office, your crews and your plant catalog together. It was built by a family that ran a mail-order nursery for 24 years, and it's already being tested every day at a working wholesale nursery in Houston.

What it does

Your catalog and your customers

  • A plant catalog your customers can search, with your photos and descriptions
  • Approved customers see prices and availability, and send order requests from their phone
  • Plant pages with real expert content: native range maps, wildlife value and toxicity notes
  • Patented and trademarked plants shown correctly, every time

Availability and orders

  • An availability list that works like a spreadsheet and updates live for everyone in the office
  • Stock is held the moment an order is entered, so you never sell the same plant twice
  • Your weekly availability email builds and sends itself
  • Quotes, invoices, contract grows with deposits, and pick sheets

Crews in the field

  • Count a whole block on a phone, even with no signal
  • Pick sheets go straight to the crew's phones; they tick off each line and mark anything short
  • Crew screens in English and Spanish
  • Propagation records and how-to cards for hundreds of plants

Tags, signs and photos

  • Plant tags, signs and handouts, printed on regular letter paper
  • A photo library with credits for each photo

Your data stays yours

  • Every change is recorded with who made it and when
  • Nightly backups
  • Sign-in by emailed code, so nobody has a password to forget
  • You can download everything, any time

Why it's different

  • Built by growers. Jeff McMillian ran Almost Eden, a specialty mail-order nursery, for 24 years. Every screen was built to help you worry less and grow more.
  • More than an office program. The same plant records that run your orders also teach your customers how to grow what they bought.
  • Made for small crews. Phones instead of special handhelds, Spanish screens, and no consultants needed to set it up.
  • Fair pricing. No charge per user. Plans start small, and a full nursery office starts around $399 a month. Comparable systems start at more than $2,500 a month.
Almost Everything smart plant tags: a pot stake, a hang tag and two tree tags, each with a QR code
Sample tags. Shapes and sizes can be made to fit your printer and your plants.

Your printer. Your tags. Now they're smart.

Every tag carries a QR code. Customers scan it for care, photos and where the plant grows, and can ring it up right on their own phone. Tree tags lock around the limb so wind won't take them, and the stub at the end tears off at checkout with the item number on it. Prices and care live online, so a tag never goes out of date when you change a price. Print them on the laser or thermal printer you already have - pot stakes, hang tags and tree tags.

Scan the tag. Ring it up.

The checkout runs on the phone you already have. Scan the QR code on any tag and the plant goes on the sale, price and all. It keeps working with no signal and catches up when the signal comes back.
